1. Refund Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will offer a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your water lilies arrive damaged, wilted, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong variety or quantity of water lilies, please contact us immediately for a resolution.

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, please send the following to: jardindenenufares7@gmail.com

• Your order number.

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect items.

• A description of the issue.
  Once we receive this information, we will review your case and respond promptly with a solution.

3. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used for your purchase. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

4. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., sending the wrong item).

• You will not be charged for return shipping on damaged or incorrect items if we approve your refund or replacement.

5. Unforeseen Circumstances

In rare cases of issues beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather, shipping carrier delays), we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement. We will do our best to work with you and resolve any issues that arise
