At Jardín de Nenúfares, we take great care in packaging and shipping our water lilies to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy for details on processing times, delivery areas, and more.
1. Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received.

We ship orders Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, excluding holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We use Nacex courier service for reliable and timely deliveries.

Express shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
3. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to:
✅ EU countries only
❌ Unfortunately, we do not ship to anywhere outside the EU.
4. Live Plant Shipping & Handling

Our water lilies are carefully packaged to retain moisture and prevent damage during transit.

Some plants may arrive in a dormant or partially wilted state—this is normal, and they will recover once planted in water.

Please unpack and plant your water lilies as soon as possible upon arrival.
5. Delivery Issues & Delays with the courier

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, or weather conditions.

If your package is delayed, please ask us to check your order status with the courier.
6. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email [Jardindenenufares7@gmail.com] within 24 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns.
